This well beautiful, well maintained complex is provided solely for the residents of the 8 Phases of Andover Village and their guests. Whether you are looking for a space for your private party or family gathering or you are ready to join in some of the great social activites provided by our Social Activities Committee, you've come to the right place!
Our HLCA Board
The HLCA Clubhouse, grounds, and neighborhood shared amenities are managed by the HLCA Board President and Board. The board is made up of officers from each of our 8 Phases.
Our Social Activities Committee
Staying active and connected is a common goal of so many of our residents and our Social Activities Committee works hard to make sure we have a lot of opportunities to get together and have fun. We are always looking for ideas and suggestions and welcome anyone with an interest to take part in our planning meetings which are announced here on the website and by email.
