Our History
Our community was built around 1976 and is comprised of 8 individual condo associations. Together we make up what is we commonly refer to as Andover Village and we share our beautiful Clubhouse, pool, and shuffleboard courts which sit beside our lovely natural pond in the center of the community. Community Amenities & Activities
We are proud to offer our residents a beautiful recreation and social complex that is unique to Andover Village. Our clubhouse provides a large capacity auditorium for residents and guests to use for community events, dances, parties, business meetings, and private gatherings. We have billiards , ping pong, a comfortable seating area. Our library is used by many of our resident groups for various activities. Our sparkling pool is open year round with a screened, covered patio where we can gather with friends after a swim.
